    Soft & Sparkling: A Galentine’s Pamper Night is an intimate girls’ night at The Reverie with wine and charcuterie, curated local vendors, optional bookable 1:1 pampering (reiki, mini facials, scalp massages, lymphatic drainage), and a closing sound bath. Thursday, Feb 12, 6–9pm. Only 15 spots.

  • Intro to Ayurveda Feb 21 & 22

    Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga, and it offers practical ways to build balance through digestion, daily rhythms, seasonal practices, and abhyanga (self-massage).

    Part I: digestive fire, cleansing basics, circadian + seasonal alignment
    Part II: abhyanga self-massage to nourish the skin, support circulation + lymph, and deepen body compassion.

  • Paint & Sip Feb 24

    Beginner watercolour, zero pressure, and everything you need is included.
    You will create three mini watercolour prints, and you don’t need any prior experience!

  • Reiki Training & Retreat

    This weekend retreat is more than Reiki Level I. It’s a cozy pause to slow down, nourish yourself, and deepen your relationship with subtle energy in community.

    You’ll learn Reiki foundations, hand placements, and techniques for self-treatment and offering Reiki to others, plus intuitive practice with Byōsen. We’ll also weave in gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and a Himalayan singing bowl sound bath, with extra energy workshops (grounding, crystals, and setting up your Reiki space).

    A boutique, hands-on boudoir education day for photographers who already know their camera and want to close the gap between “what I’m seeing” and “what I envision.” We’ll focus on natural/ambient light, client guidance, session workflow, inclusive language, and creating a grounded container for intimate work…then spend the day shooting across multiple sets inside The Reverie.

  • Decolonize Wellness: Care, Context, and Ethical Practice Nov 14-15

    Decolonize Wellness is a two-day, interactive workshop led by Vancouver-based yoga teacher and anti-racist educator Irene Lo (Irene Yoga Flow). Together, we’ll unpack cultural appropriation in the wellness space, explore the colonial and capitalist roots of modern wellness and yoga, and examine how power and privilege can show up in healing communities.
