This day retreat is a gentle reset for anyone craving movement, softness, and real rest. We’ll explore all-levels, all-bodies movement that supports ease in the body and calm in the nervous system, without pressure to perform, push, or “improve yourself.”

Expect slow, supportive practices with lots of modifications, space for stillness, and permission to take breaks whenever you need. Between movement and mindfulness, we’ll share laughter, nature, nourishing food, and community that feels warm and welcoming.

Come as you are. Move as you need.

What you’ll experience:

  • Gentle, all-levels yoga with modifications and choice

  • Movement-focused + deep relaxation

  • Pranayama breathwork + mindfulness practices directly from India

  • Time in nature (weather permitting)

  • Nutritious food and shared breaks

  • Connection, without pressure

The Reverie is a calming and safe space with stunning ocean views, set on a private forested hilltop providing incredible retreat vibes no matter the weather.

Guided by Telisha Kuny (she/they):

Telisha creates a safe, inclusive space where students of all backgrounds and experience levels feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves. A 500hr+ Alliance certified teacher, they blend alignment, grace, strength, and stillness to help students connect with their body, breath, and inner peace. Her teaching style is a mixture of Eastern & Western Yoga cultures, creating a bubbly, compassionate environment, with space for vulnerability and joy.

Bring: a mat if you have one, water, comfy layers, and anything that helps you feel supported (blanket, cushion, journal). Blocks & straps will be provided.
