So lovely, great communication, flexible and a fabulous sense of style that I fully trusted her with getting everything set up beautifully. The venue was spectacular with the view, comfortable and perfect for all our guests to stay the night. The package meant no stress for us and allowed us to pull off the perfect wedding in just 3 weeks. The vendors she works with were also amazing. For couples who want the beauty and the ease. Our full micro-wedding package brings the entire vendor team together: venue, décor, officiant, photography, florals, hair & makeup, music, and cake—so you can arrive, exhale, and be fully present.
We handle timelines, setup, and teardown while you soak up ocean views, unhurried moments, and a celebration that feels effortless and beautifully you.
What’s Included:
Host up to 40 guests for your ceremony and reception
Full access to the entire home and property for your celebration
Indoor and outdoor ceremony + reception spaces
Spacious deck, large lawns, and unmatched views of the Salish Sea
2-night, 3-day stay with overnight accommodations for up to 12 guests
4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms in the main home, plus 2 private Airbnb suites downstairs
Perfect space for rehearsal dinner, slow morning prep, or a relaxed post-wedding brunch
4 hours of professional photography with Candice Deanna* (on location getting ready, details, ceremony and private couples session)
Day of Coordinator handling all of the logistics/timelines
Hair & makeup for the bride by Candice Deanna MUA*
Officiant services from Celebrant James, including readings, vows, ring exchange, license, and filing
Florals: Your choice of one bridal bouquet, 2 boutonnières, or one of each from Karen at Petal & Kettle
Decor (tables, chairs, arches, yard games and more!)
The only vendor to handle is catering!
Cake: One-tier cake from Classy Layers Cake (feeds up to 20) and cutting set
Flavor options:
• Vanilla or lemon cake with raspberry filling
• Chocolate cake with chocolate caramel (+ optional pecans)Catering: This is the only vendor you’ll handle. We see such varying preferences for budget and tastes, so we’ve found it best to leave this one to each couple.

This package is for those wanting a stunning and effortless micro-wedding with venue, décor, and vendors seamlessly coordinated. Just handle the catering!

We celebrated our wedding at The Reverie, and it was everything we had dreamed of! The view was breathtaking, making extra décor unnecessary as the scenery from the house was already stunning on its own. It’s the perfect venue for small gatherings and intimate weddings. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. The house is spacious, and all of our guests who stayed with us before and after the wedding had a wonderful time. Probably one of the best rental houses in Nanaimo.

The Reverie is a stunning and versatile venue and I have used it multiple times for my photography business, to host photography workshops and for shoots. The owners are great at communicating and had the venue ready for us on time, every time. The lighting and ambiance is perfect for a wide variety of photography styles and genres. I wholeheartedly recommend The Reverie to any photographer looking for a stunning location that offers both indoor and outdoor options.

This place is absolutely beautiful, the calm ocean view creates the perfect backdrop for weddings or any special celebration. It feels peaceful, magical, and full of charm. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the location has a natural beauty that’s hard to put into words. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even more special. I had a branding photoshoot at this beautiful space and I’m absolutely obsessed with my photos. The backdrop to my photos are amazing because the owner sets the house up beautifully. Plants, west coast vibe, and a beautiful view. Can’t beat it!! I highly recommend using this space
