The Reverie was created from a love of beauty, hospitality, and the kind of spaces that make people feel instantly more at ease. Perched above the coast in Lantzville, it offers a setting designed to help guests slow down, reconnect, and experience time together in a way that feels personal, peaceful, and memorable.
Our Story
The Reverie is my family home perched high above the Salish Sea, tucked into the trees, and surrounded by stillness. After a few years of living here, we found ourselves constantly hearing the same thing from friends who stepped through the door:
“Oh wow…this place is stunning”
That awe and wonder, that feeling of deep exhale and connection, it’s what made us want to open our doors to more people.
We’re a family of four and we believe in the magic of slowing down, gathering with intention, and celebrating love, creativity, and presence.
Hey, I’m Adrienne.
Sagittarius. Wanderlust. Hygge-obsessed.
I’m an unschooling single mama of 3, trying to make a difference in my small corner of the world.
I love sharing my home, making connections and bringing people together to celebrate, heal, learn and enjoy life.
Late diagnosed AuDHD, I spend my days listening to my soul, chasing my kids, running multiple businesses as a photographer, social media manager, virtual assistant and host (alongside my homeschooling coaching business and podcast!).
My greatest passions are social justice, decolonizing work and trauma healing. You’ll find me empowering those who are too often silenced, unpacking privilege and fighting for everyone’s right to life and love.
It’s my honour and privilege to bring communities together on Snuneymuxw and Snaw-Naw-As lands.
