Soft & Sacred:

Sanctuary in real time.

Join us as we decolonize wellness and experience healing in community.

Exhale into a gentle reset designed for healing and renewal. Soft & Sacred gathers a small group in our serene hilltop home overlooking the Pacific for yoga, somatic healing, sound baths, and Ayurvedic workshops, all nourished by healthy, holistic meals from our private chef.

We’ll move, rest, learn, and be held in community. Expect calm spaces, unrushed conversations, and practices that help you return to yourself.

Spring Retreat: May 16-17

Saturday: Gentle Arrival, Sound & Evening Ayurveda

Morning
We ease into the space with tea, a soft welcome, and a gentle, trauma-informed movement + active breathwork practice led by Dr. Jessica Barudin, helping you arrive in your body and set intentions for the weekend.

Midday
We share a nourishing lunch from our private chef, with plenty of time to rest, wander, or enjoy the view.

Afternoon
In a two-hour Sacred Sound & Voice workshop, Rishima Bahadoorsingh introduces traditional Indian sound practices—Mantra (tools for the mind), Rāga (melodic connection), and Bhajan/Kīrtan (the path of the heart). You’ll learn how to gently weave these forms into your own yoga or meditation ritual in an accessible, welcoming way—no singing experience needed.

Late afternoon & evening
You’ll have spacious time to lie down, journal, or book an optional Ayurvedic facial or abhyanga massage with Arpita Panday. As evening arrives, Arpita leads an Ayurvedic beauty ritual workshop, sharing simple, at-home practices for skin, hair, and self-massage that you can realistically bring into daily life. We close the day with a short circle before you head home or settle into your room onsite.

Sunday: Ayurveda, Qigong, Dinner & Fire

Morning
We begin with tea and gentle grounding, then move into Ayurveda as medicine with Arpita, a workshop focused on joint health, knees, and aging well. You’ll explore herbs, oils, and everyday practices to support long-term mobility and stability in the body you have now.

Midday
Another slow, chef-prepared lunch and quiet time to rest.

Afternoon
Kevin Yee-Chan leads a Qigong: Fortifying the Inner Elder immersion. Through foundational movement inspired by the Yi Jin Jing (Muscle Tendon Changing Classic), and an introduction to meridian theory and the five elements, you’ll explore strength, resilience, and your relationship with your “inner elder” in a way that’s accessible to all bodies. There’s time afterward to lie down, integrate, or book an optional Tui Na + acupuncture session with Kevin or additional Ayurvedic support from Arpita.

Evening
We share a simple dinner together, then close the retreat gathered around the fire with Satya Amrita, a Vedic priestess and lifelong yogic practitioner. In this closing fire ceremony, you’ll be guided through mantra, story, and Vedic-inspired ritual to release what you’re ready to lay down, name what you’re calling in, and seal the weekend in shared warmth and intention.

Optional 1:1 sessions with our facilitators are available before or after the retreat each day, or during built-in breaks, so you don’t have to miss any group sessions.

Tickets: Day Pass (Fri/Sat) $224.00 or Weekend Pass $424.00

Capacity: 10 spots only

I just wanted to say a quick thank you for such a wonderful weekend. Beautiful location, amazing people, wonderful practice and learning, and exceptional food! Already looking forward to the next time.
