Be Yourself, As You Are:

All Bodies Yoga Retreat

Day Retreat + Brunch with Yoga Teacher, Telisha Kuny
Saturday, June 13 · 10:00am–6:00pm

A gentle, inclusive one-day retreat where you don’t have to change your body, your personality, or your pace to belong.

This day is for every body…every shape, size, identity. Brand new? First time? Don’t worry, this retreat is for all levels of experience. You’re invited to move, rest, and reconnect with yourself in a space that feels calm, welcoming, and judgment-free.

With stunning views of the Salish Sea, we’ll flow, breathe and meditate , with breaks to enjoy nourishing food and socialize with new and old friends. We will close with a deeply soothing Flow + Restorative class and sound bath.

This is a full-day retreat for anyone craving gentle movement, true rest, and a body that feels safer to live in. A day where mobility is invited softly, stretching is optional, and stillness is just as welcome as motion.

We’ll explore movement as quiet magic: small, kind ways of moving that support ease, circulation, range of motion, and nervous system settling. You’ll be guided with options, modifications, and plenty of permission to pause. To experience gentle release, be in the moment and soften, to be present.

Between practices, we’ll reset gently through mindfulness, nature, laughter that bubbles up unexpectedly, shared snacks, and the ease of being held by community.

Come as you are. That is more than enough.

What you’ll experience

Expect a spacious day that may include:

  • Gentle, all-levels yoga with lots of options, props & alignment guidance, helping to prevent pain or discomfort.

  • Mobility-focused movement to support ease and comfort in your body

  • Restorative shapes + breathwork for downshifting and regulation

  • Mindfulness and somatic moments to settle and reset

  • Time outside in nature (weather-permitting)

  • Nourishing snacks + shared breaks

  • Connection and community, without pressure to be “on”

What you’ll leave with

  • A calmer, softer nervous system

  • Simple practices you can return to at home

  • A felt sense of acceptance to where your body is today

  • More trust in your own inner cues

  • The reminder that rest is not something you earn…it’s something you deserve.

What to bring

  • A yoga mat if you have one

  • A water bottle

  • Comfortable layers (and socks for cozy moments)

  • Anything that helps you feel supported: a cushion, blanket, mobility aid, journal

Accessibility + All Bodies Welcome

This is an all bodies space. You’ll be offered modifications and choices throughout, including options to practice seated, take breaks, or opt out of any movement. Props & straps will be provided to help you ease into your comfort zone. You are always the authority on your body.

If you have questions about access needs, injuries, pain, or accommodations, you’re welcome to reach out before booking.

This retreat is for you if…

  • You want movement that feels supportive & affirming, not demanding or elitist

  • You’re craving movement + relaxation without pushing or powering through

  • You’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply want a softer approach

  • You want a day that prioritizes nervous system ease, consent, and choice

  • You want community that feels warm, non-judgmental, and real

  • You are interested in immersing yourself in Eastern Culture yoga, bringing the practice back to its roots

(All bodies are welcome. All levels are welcome. You don’t need flexibility, experience, or a certain type of body to belong here.).
