Soft & Sacred Retreat (Spring)
Welcome a gentle reset with two days of yoga, somatic healing, sacred sound, qigong, and Ayurvedic beauty + health workshops, paired with nourishing, holistic meals from our private chef.
We keep it intimate with calm spaces for rest, reflection, and community, where you’ll move, learn, and be nourished in an inclusive, scent-aware, consent-based space.
Saturday – Gentle Arrival, Sound & Evening Ayurveda
We begin Saturday morning by easing into the space with tea and a soft welcome. Once everyone has arrived, Jessica will guide a gentle movement and active breathwork practice, helping you arrive in your body and set clear intentions for the weekend.
After practice, we break for a nourishing, chef-prepared lunch with plenty of time to rest, wander, or enjoy the view.
In the early afternoon, we gather with Rishima for a two-hour Sacred Sound & Voice workshop. Since ancient times, the power of sound, expressed through Mantra (tools for the mind), Rāga (melodic connection), and Bhajan/Kīrtan (the path of the heart), has been used to support healing and shifts in consciousness.
The late afternoon is spacious: you can curl up with tea, journal, or book an optional 1:1 private session with our facilitators.
As evening arrives, Arpita leads an Ayurvedic beauty ritual workshop, sharing simple, at-home practices you can take back into daily life. We close the day with a short circle, giving you time to integrate and head home, or settle into your room if you’re staying onsite.
Sunday – Ayurveda, Qigong, Dinner & Fire
Sunday morning begins with tea and gentle grounding before we move into Ayurveda as medicine with Arpita. This session focuses on joint health and knee care, offering practical Ayurvedic tools, herbs, oils, and daily rhythms, to support long-term mobility and aging well.
We pause again for a slow lunch and quiet time to rest.
In the afternoon, Kevin leads a Qigong: Fortifying the Inner Elder immersion. Through foundational movement, Yi Jin Jing–inspired practice, and an introduction to meridians and the five elements, you’ll explore strength, resilience, and your relationship with your future self in a way that’s accessible to all bodies.
Afterward, there’s another spacious break to lie down, journal, or book an optional session.
We share a simple, grounding dinner together, then close the weekend gathered around the fire with Satya. In this closing fire ceremony, you’ll be guided through mantra, story, and ritual to release what you’re ready to let go of and call in what you’re growing next. We end the night in shared gratitude before heading home.
