Day Retreat + Brunch with Yoga Teacher, Telisha Kuny
Friday, June 13 · 10:00am–6:00pm
A gentle, inclusive one-day retreat where you don’t have to change your body, your personality, or your pace to belong.
This day is for every body…every shape, size, identity, and level of experience. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re invited to move, rest, and reconnect with yourself in a space that feels calm, welcoming, and judgment-free.
We’ll flow, breathe, meditate outdoors, and close with a deeply soothing Flow + Restore class with sound bath… and we’ll gather around the table for a nourishing brunch in between.
Come as you are. Truly.
This retreat is for you if…
You want a gentle reset for your body, mind, and nervous system.
You’re craving movement that feels kind, not punishing.
You’ve felt like you don’t have “a yoga body” and you’re ready to let that story go.
You want to explore yoga in a space that is inclusive, consent-based, and non-judgmental.
You love the idea of brunch + cozy community built into your self-care.
What you’ll experience
Over the course of the day, Telisha will guide you through three intentionally sequenced practices:
Flow Class
A mindful, accessible flow to gently wake up your body and connect breath with movement.
Expect clear options, props, and permission to rest whenever you need. This class is designed to meet you where you’re at — not where you think you “should” be.
Guided Outdoor Meditation
(weather permitting)
We’ll head outside to ground into the land, feel the air on our skin, and drop into presence.
You’ll be guided through a simple, supportive meditation practice to calm the nervous system and bring you back into your body in a way that feels safe and spacious.
Flow + Restore with Sound Bath
We’ll close the day with a blend of gentle movement and restorative, supported postures, accompanied by a soothing sound bath.
Think: soft mats, bolsters, long exhales, and sound waves washing over you as your whole system is invited to soften and release.
