So lovely, great communication, flexible and a fabulous sense of style that I fully trusted her with getting everything set up beautifully. I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience getting married at The Reverie!
Our expectations of finding a home for our microwedding were blown completely out of the water. We had our 25 person wedding there in September 2025 and it was everything we dreamed. Adrienne was so helpful throughout the whole planning process, answering all of our questions and offering ideas. It was a joy to have her there during set-up and morning of to make sure everything was perfect. We had access to The Reverie for the whole weekend and it took so much stress off of us to be able to set-up the day before and take-down the day after. Plus it was one of our favourite parts of the wedding to have our family & friends stay with us at the house. I will truly be thinking of the view from the ceremony for my whole life. Not only is the outside gorgeous, but the inside of the house is too! Because of this, we were able to do minimal decorating. They provided so many items so we really didn’t have to rent much (chairs, tables, arch, decor, cutlery, couches, photo props, yard games). We utilized the whole home. The ceremony was at their stunning paved ceremony site, cocktail hour in their beautiful yard, reception in the living room, and dancing on the deck. We were able to get lots of photos at the property, but we did end up going to a nearby beach for some more photos which I definitely recommend! Choosing The Reverie as our venue was the best wedding decision we made. Thank you Adrienne and family for letting us celebrate our love in your beautiful home! 🩷

Day-of Coordination
Our day-of coordination is designed to help your wedding day feel smooth, supported, and beautifully organized — so you can be present and enjoy it. Your coordinator will:
Coordinate with your vendors and help keep everyone aligned with the wedding-day timeline on the day of the event.
Set up larger Reverie items such as tables, chairs, and ceremony arches (this will be completed the day before).
Tear down Reverie items after you’ve checked out.
Set up tablescape and reminaing décor on the wedding day.
Set up additional pre-arranged items, provided they have been discussed and confirmed with Jessica before the wedding day.
Help with your wedding rehearsal, if you choose to have one.
Be onsite approximately three hours before the ceremony to oversee setup and final details.
Stay through the ceremony, reception setup, and the beginning of the celebration, departing once dinner formalities are complete and the dancing/party portion of the evening begins.
Help keep the day moving according to your planned timeline and troubleshoot the little things that naturally come up.
To make sure everyone knows exactly what to expect, the following are not included in day-of coordination:
Clearing dishes or managing meal service. Your caterer must remain onsite to manage food and dishes from the beginning through the end of meal service (not just drop off and leave), unless you have others prepared to handle dishes.
Same-day turnover of one space from ceremony setup to reception setup.
Creating or supplying a weather backup plan themselves. A rain/weather plan should be decided in advance with tent rentals, indoor set up, etc.
Changing garbage, recycling, or compost during the event.
DJ, music, or MC services, including introducing speeches, managing playlists or making announcements.
Parking attendants or parking management.
Directing or gathering guests for photos, transportation, etc.
Bottled water or other consumable supplies.
Additional glassware, dishes, tables, linens, or other rentals beyond what has been arranged in advance.
Microphones, speakers, or audio equipment
Wedding-day errands or last-minute supply runs.
Cleaning during or after the event (dishes, sweeping, etc).

Our maximum guest capacity is 30 people. To protect the property and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, we have chosen to keep gatherings intentionally small due to parking limitations, the capacity of our well and septic systems, and the impact larger groups can have on the property and surrounding neighbourhood. This 30-person maximum applies to all events and gatherings at The Reverie.

West Coast weather can be unpredictable, so we always recommend having a rain plan in place. Depending on the size and style of your gathering, we can make use of The Reverie’s indoor spaces and covered patio, or adjust the layout to keep your celebration comfortable and beautiful.
We’ll discuss your weather backup plan with you in advance so there are no last-minute surprises. If additional covered space or a tent is required, this must be arranged separately.

Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own photographer, florist, caterer, officiant, musician, hair and makeup team, and other vendors that fit your celebration.
All outside vendors must respect The Reverie’s property guidelines, parking limitations, noise restrictions, and agreed-upon setup and teardown times. We’re also happy to share recommendations for trusted local vendors if you need them.
I also have a list of preferred vendors I have discounts with.

Day-of coordination is included with our wedding packages (Jessica from The Local Inc), so you don’t need to hire a separate coordinator unless you would like additional planning support.
We’ll help keep your wedding day moving smoothly, coordinate with your vendors, oversee the ceremony timeline, and handle the behind-the-scenes details included in your package so you can be present and enjoy your celebration.
If you’re looking for full-service wedding planning, vendor sourcing, design, or more extensive coordination before the wedding day, you’re welcome to bring in your own planner or book Jessica’s additional packages.
