Yin & Pin: An Autumn Equinox Gathering

$95.00

Wednesday, September 23 · 6–8 pm
The Reverie · Lantzville

A slow evening of Yin yoga, acupuncture and deep rest as we welcome the shift into autumn.

Join Shannon Ryan of Heart Centred Space Yoga and Özge Stephen, R.Ac., of Mora Integrated Care for a restorative practice combining long-held, supported Yin postures with Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture.

Shannon will guide you through a grounding Yin practice, creating space to soften, breathe and turn inward. From there, Özge will offer acupuncture while you rest comfortably on your mat, allowing the evening to move naturally from gentle movement into stillness.

Held just after the Autumn Equinox, we’ll take inspiration from the changing season…slowing the pace, noticing what is shifting, and creating space for what we want to carry with us into autumn.

No previous yoga or acupuncture experience is needed.

What to expect:

• Slow + supported Yin yoga
• Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture
• Deep rest and stillness
• Gentle seasonal reflection
• Tea and time to settle in

(For those with extended health benefits, you can bill $75 of the total $95)
