Ease into summer evenings with a gentle, intentional yoga class overlooking the sunset. This weekly one-hour practice is designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and sense of flow — with space for both grounding and a little playful energy.

Led by Isabel Yvette Ohs, these classes are welcoming to all levels and rooted in mindful movement, breath connection, and feeling good in your body.

Instructor Bio
Daily movement has always been Isabel-Yvette’s anchor. After teaching various styles of yoga for over three years, adding Pilates felt like a natural evolution — another way for students to explore movement with curiosity and confidence.

She is passionate about creating classes that feel welcoming to all, beginning with a foundation of mind, body, and breath connection before creating space to find your flow or add a little spice. Her goal is to help you move in ways that feel intentional, energizing, and playful.
