Join us in celebrating June’s full moon (the Strawberry moon) with an authentic Cacao Ceremony

Monday, June 29 7-8:30pm

7-8:30pm

In this cacao talk & demo, we explore cacao as more than a superfood, but also as a living plant teacher rooted in ritual, tradition, and connection. Learn its origins, cultural significance, and how to prepare and work with cacao intentionally, blending ancestral wisdom with modern understanding.

Reconnect with the ancestral spirit of Mama Cacao, the ancient heart medicine honoured by Indigenous cultures of Central and South America for millennia.

Includes cup of cacao, plus take home cacao tea and cacao nibs.

Meet Valentina:

Valentina Pinzón is from Bogotá, Colombia and has lived in Canada for the past 11 years. She is the founder of IndiArts Collective, a social enterprise created to support South American artisans, preserve Indigenous traditions, and share handmade creations with the global market. Passionate about culture, art, fashion, and Indigenous affairs, Valentina believes business can be both heart-led and impactful, creating connection, giving back, and staying rooted in community. This venture makes her happy as she gives back and stays connected to her roots.
