The Reverie · Lantzville, Vancouver Island
$225 Early Bird (until November 1) · $275 Regular
Join us for a nourishing day of yoga, Ayurveda, ritual, reflection, and meaningful conversation as we explore what it means to care for ourselves during this season of life.
Together we'll move our bodies, calm our nervous systems, learn simple Ayurvedic and yogic practices to support vitality and digestion, enjoy wholesome food, and create space to listen to the wisdom within.
Whether you're navigating hormonal changes, feeling called to live more intentionally, or simply longing for a day of rest and connection, this retreat offers practical tools and gentle guidance to support you through the season.
For many women, midlife marks a shift in how we relate to our bodies, our energy and ourselves.
It can be a time to reconnect with who we are beneath the roles, expectations and stories we've carried for years.
It can also be a time of profound transition - a doorway into greater wisdom, authenticity, and self-trust.
Your Day Includes:
Welcome chai & handmade Ayurvedic treat
Nourishing vegetarian homemade lunch
Ayurvedic afternoon elixir
A full day of yoga, Ayurveda, reflection, ritual & connection in a nature setting
Welcome take-home self-care kit
Meet Satya
Satya Amrita Kumari Jehman is a Vedic Priestess of Indian and Canadian roots whose work is grounded in her ancestral Vedic lineage and more than 20 years of yogic study and practice. Her path weaves ceremony, self-inquiry, yoga, and the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, shaped by years of living, studying, and volunteering in India.
Rooted in her Punjabi ancestry and a maternal lineage of Durga devotees, Satya brings traditional teachings into spaces of reflection, ritual, and personal inquiry. Encouraged by her teachers, she offers ceremony, workshops, and one-to-one guidance, dividing her time between India and Salt Spring Island, BC.
