April 26th 10am-3pm
Second Spring is an invitation to meet this season of change with more understanding, tenderness, and support.
Created for those moving through perimenopause and menopause, this intimate gathering offers space to slow down, listen inward, and feel held in community. Through expert guidance, holistic teachings, and thoughtful conversation, we’ll explore this transition not as something to simply endure, but as a profound season of change worthy of care, wisdom, and attention.
Dr. Jiselle Griffith, ND will share guidance on navigating perimenopause with greater clarity, helping guests understand the stages, patterns, and key shifts that shape this journey. Farah will offer an Ayurvedic perspective on menopause, weaving together doshas, yogic teachings, and supportive practices for the body. Yumiko will gently hold the opening and closing of the day, creating a grounded and supportive container through land acknowledgement, intention setting, reflection, and connection.
With nourishing food, meaningful discussion, and space to simply be, Second Spring is a chance to feel more informed, more supported, and less alone in this transition.
