What you’ll experience
Navigating perimenopause with clarity
This session offers a clear and grounded look at perimenopause, including the stages of the transition, the symptoms and shifts that often arise, and the key areas of support to focus on for long-term well-being. Guests will leave with a deeper understanding of their bodies and a more informed, empowered sense of how to care for themselves through this time.
Understanding menopause through Ayurvedic wisdom
In this session, guests will explore menopause through an Ayurvedic lens, learning about the doshas, yogic teachings, and holistic ways of understanding this transition. Together, we’ll look at supportive practices for the body and nervous system that can bring more steadiness, self-understanding, and ease to this season of life.
Held in community
We’ll be opening and closing the gathering with intention setting, and gentle support to create a space that feels grounded, welcoming, and held. This offering lays the foundation for the day, helping you connect, reflect, and feel supported in community through the transition of perimenopause and menopause.
